As the title says heres a look at the new pvp equip. Others please post it up. Im looking forward to seeing other choices. This is only basic equipment so there is alot better than this. P.S. Gold Flames Of Balt are Flames of Balt that give 3k.

How many things do you need to unlock all of this? And is it for only one char?

Personally, don't really see the point of this, as PvE is meant to be played for nice armours and skins, if can get them from PvP, can see less people who do both PvE'ing

Lol its only for one char, if you delete that char, can't recreate the nice items on him.

For some reason, you can put skin-upgraded items into your stash, even though they are customized, and from there to any character inventory. You still can't equip it on anyone else though, including a rerolled character with the same name. (even the same name as my "account name")

The purpose of PvE, just like PvP, is to have fun.

The PvP way of getting armor is a great idea, but very poorly executed.

PvPers dont use armors for prestige (like PvErs do). PvPers use skins for FUN. That's the difference. PvPer cant go to your PvE so stop complaining with "omg my FoW armor and crystalline sword is pointless now". Grow up. Im tired of egomaniacs and selfish people ruining someone elses fun.

Exactly, PvP can't go to PvE so it's not like they'll be able to *show off* in the PvE world.

I've got nothing against PvE, I play it myself. But it is simply ridiculous for PvE only players to complain about PvP just 'cause they too can *earn* a better armour.

omfg this is so annoying why the hell did they make it so its only for that character its so retarded. The whole idea of a pvp is that you can re roll it as many times as you like but now to keep any armour or weapon you gotta keep the character. Great ¬¬

Yeah, they honestly didn't think too hard, because it's a poor design feature.

Although, honestly, they do need to be Customized so you get the +20% damage boost. You just need to be able to make as many items with that skin as you want once you unlock it(sort of like item unlocks! zomg!), or whatever you unlock needs to be customized to your account, so you still get the damage bonus, but all of your charactars can use it. The second option I gave really sucks, because of the extra work players would have to go through to transfer all their stuff. In addition, they'd have to work in some thing so that only PvP charactars could use those items if that were to take place...

Basically they just need to say "Hey, you unlocked this skin! You can make it any time you want now from the "J" menu ok?" I'm sure PvErs might complain, but none of them would quit the game over it, and they'd still buy GW:EN and GW2.

Although, I don't think ANET will make any changes to this system at all.

Yeah this customized weapon's are kinda sad, i have a perma rolled ele for gvg but this will be a problem when i run different builds

Yeh its kinda bs. I dont find it that big of a problem because unlike some of u i have 6 pvp chars made and ready and i only plan on pimpin my sin(Cuz "she" deserves it i suppose.) At least u can trade the golden flames cuz i got 5 of them just to dump the rest of my reward points. P.S. Pic fixed cheers ^

Edit - On a side note all skins are not the same as pve i believe. From the menu ive seen Lesser forms of certain skins and i can only think that there is Greater forms too. It works in this fashion. U have to unlock a certain amount of Basic Weapons to be able to unlock any Fancy Weapons and a certain amount of Fancy to get any Exotic its the same way with armor. And anthem just run a spear and shield combo, energy storage focus, and 15-1 energy storage set.(that seemed kinda obvious to me)

this is a "fancy weapon", so you need to spend 500 reward points on basic weapons before you can access it.

I assumed theyd do it this way, but obviously its too hard to think of it..

theyll change it tbh, but will take 2 weeks or so. i bet they wanted to show off with their "progress"
